In a large bowl pour the flour, sugar and a bit of salt and mix it.
Add eggs and milk, mix until everything is incorporated .
Slowly add the warm melted butter, vanilla and mix with easy movements.
Leave the mix to rest while you preheat the frypan with a bit of oil in it. When the oil in the pan looks ready, pour some dough in the frypan and let it spread to cover the bottom.
Cook over med-high heat till the underside looks ready and flip it on the other side to let it cook as well (about 1-2 min per side).
When ready, take out the crepe and let it cool, thereupon use what fiiling you prefer.
You can use a spatula while flipping the crepe to help you be more careful with the heat.
For filling use better fruits, chocolate, fruit jam, caramel or wipped cream
If you want your crepes soft and delicious try to use all the products natural, fesh and warm ( milk, butter, eggs, flour )
