  • First and foremost, preheat the oven to 350° F. Place the brie on a baking sheet, top with 2-3 tablespoons of blueberries, and drizzle with 2 teaspoons of honey. By doing so, the cheese will have a slight sweet-sour taste due to the blueberries. Put everything in the oven and bake for around 7–10 minutes.

  • While the brie is in the oven, it would be a great idea to make a special sauce for the cheese. Some blueberries on top of the brie will not fully accentuate the delectable taste of this appetizer. For the blueberry sauce, combine honey, blueberries, lemon juice, and water and put them in a pan. Cook for around 10 minutes. After the cheese is fully cooked, pour the sauce on top of it and enjoy.

  • Try combining the baked brie with some salted crackers. It is extremely mouth-watering because it gives a crunch to the appetizer, making it ten times better.

  • If you prefer sweeter a appetizer, add 2 teaspoons of maple syrup.

  • Do you prefer sweeter blueberries? How do you know which ones are sweet? Look for those who have a firm texture and are smooth-skinned. Another thing is that the sweeter blueberries have a deep purple color.

Bon Appetit!
