Heat the oven up to 350° F. Cover the pan with parchment paper and place the brie on top. Drizzle 3 teaspoons of honey over the cheese, and add 1 minced garlic clove on top.
Bake for around 6 minutes. Be careful not to melt the cheese. The brie is done when its corners are slightly melted.
Take out the brie from the oven and serve it with crackers. Choose the crackers to your own liking; salty ones go well together with the baked brie.
To improve the flavor, place 1 rosemary sprig on top of the cheese. This is better done when baking the brie, due to the fact that it will enhance the appetizer's flavor.
The decoration of the baked brie is completely your choice, however, a great suggestion might be adding some walnuts or almonds on top. For a more interesting final serving, try adding 2-3 mint leaves.
