Only a few ingredients are needed, and the appetizer is ready. For cheese lovers, this side dish is a heavenly choice. Baked brie with crackers is a super-delectable meal that can be enjoyed with your closest people; additionally, it is ideal for a festive dinner. 


  • Brie
    1 small wheel
  • Honey
    3 tbsp.
  • Garlic
    1 clove
  • Crackers
    3 oz.

  • Heat the oven up to 350° F. Cover the pan with parchment paper and place the brie on top. Drizzle 3 teaspoons of honey over the cheese, and add 1 minced garlic clove on top. 

  • Bake for around 6 minutes. Be careful not to melt the cheese. The brie is done when its corners are slightly melted.

  • Take out the brie from the oven and serve it with crackers. Choose the crackers to your own liking; salty ones go well together with the baked brie.


  • To improve the flavor, place 1 rosemary sprig on top of the cheese. This is better done when baking the brie, due to the fact that it will enhance the appetizer's flavor.

  • The decoration of the baked brie is completely your choice, however, a great suggestion might be adding some walnuts or almonds on top. For a more interesting final serving, try adding 2-3 mint leaves.
