Take the brie cheese and make some small cuts on its surface.
Place the cheese on a pan with a baking sheet. Pour some olive oil over the cheese and sprinkle with 6 minced garlic cloves.
Heat the oven up to 350° F. Bake it for 15 minutes, or until the edges look quite melted. After taking it out of the oven, serve it with some grapes or salty crackers. Moreover, the baked brie goes amazingly with a glass of red wine.
