The baked brie with garlic is a nice recipe for those who like garlic. The combination of all the ingredients gives the appetizer a unique taste, making it extremely delicious. Try it out and amaze your friends and family.


  • Brie cheese
    1 small wheel
  • Garlic
    6 cloves
  • Rosemary
    3 sprigs
  • Olive oil

  • Take the brie cheese and make some small cuts on its surface. 

  • Place the cheese on a pan with a baking sheet. Pour some olive oil over the cheese and sprinkle with 6 minced garlic cloves. 

  • Heat the oven up to 350° F. Bake it for 15 minutes, or until the edges look quite melted. After taking it out of the oven, serve it with some grapes or salty crackers. Moreover, the baked brie goes amazingly with a glass of red wine.


  • Adding 2 teaspoons of honey can add a little sweetness to the cheese. It complements the bitterness and the savoriness of the brie and the garlic

  • The ideal brie for baking is a younger cheese, labeled “double cream." The older “triple cream” cheeses may turn out a little too runny—still delicious, but more difficult to eat.
