Only a few ingredients are necessary for this recipe, therefore making it an undemanding appetizer. It is a great option for a quick snack before a large meal.


  • Brie cheese
    1 small wheel
  • Honey
    1 tbsp.
  • Grapes
    3,5 oz.
  • Sliced baquette
    5 slices
  • Rosemary
    3 sprigs
  • Black pepper
    a pinch

  • Heat the oven up to 350° F.

  • Put a baking sheet on a pan. Afterwards, take the brie cheese and place it on the pan, seasoning it on top with black pepper and rosemary. Don't forget to add the honey. Bake everything for 6 minutes.

  • Why not savor the baked brie with some toasted slices of baguette? For that, preheat the oven to 350°F and place the cut baguette on a tray. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil on top and drizzle with some minced garlic. Bake for around 10 minutes, until crisp and browned.

  • Serve the appetizer beautifully. Decorate it with grapes and one rosemary sprig.


  • For those who like garlic, adding one clove will make the taste more unique. Also, brie cheese and garlic are a great combination!

  • The Red Globe grape goes perfectly well with baked brie. Due to its sweetness, it enriches the taste of cheese and gives the appetizer a unique and delectable flavor.
