Baked Brie with Raspberry Jam

Only a few ingredients are needed, and the perfect appetizer is already prepared. It also has a unique taste since it gracefully combines jam and brie cheese. Do it, and everyone will want to know the recipe.


  • Brie cheese
    1 small wheel
  • Raspberry jam
    3 tsp.
  • Pecans or hazelnuts
    1,7 oz.

  • Place the brie cheese on a pan with a baking sheet. Do small cuts on it so the cheese can absorb the ingredients. 

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F. Mix the jam and the nuts, and then pour all the ingredients on the brie cheese. Bake it for around 8 minutes, not more.

  • Sprinkle the dish with crushed walnuts or almonds; this can serve as a cute decoration. Enjoy the appetizer!


  • Do not cook the brie cheese until it is fully melted. When the edges start melting a little, it is time to take the appetizer out of the oven. 

  • Since the brie has raspberry jam, the drinks that go well with it are pomegranate juice or even orange juice. Fruity drinks will not fade out the taste of brie and raspberry jam.
