Baked Brie with Rosemary
Cooking time: 25 min

Using rosemary in a recipe might be boring and not even engaging for cooking, but adding it to the brie will make the meal mind-blowing. Trying it one time will make you cook it every single day because it is rather simple to make and only takes less than 15 minutes.

  • Brie cheese
    1 small wheel
  • Honey
    2 tbsp.
  • Rosemary
    4 sprigs

  • Heat the oven up to 350° F.

  • Arrange the rosemary sprigs on top of the cheese, and place the wheel on a tray covered with a baking sheet. Place everything in the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, until the edges start to melt.

  • Take the baked brie out of the oven and decorate however you like; for example, put some blueberries or cranberries on top. Enjoy the appetizer with crackers.

  • How to choose brie cheese? While looking to buy one, pay attention at some factors: the exterior should be firm, while the centre should be springy but not watery.

  • Using regular honey for topping is great; however, some types of honey go ten times better with the brie. For instance, the Acacia Honeycomb or Whipped Honey pair well with the cheese because they thoroughly flavor the dish.

Bon Appetit!
