Baked Brie with Veggies and Fruits

When preparing brie with some veggies and fruits, everything tastes much better. It is an easy appetizer that can make each dinner perfect. A few ingredients are needed to prepare it.


  • Brie cheese
    1 small wheel
  • Crackers
    3,5 oz.
  • Carrots
    9 oz.
  • Apple
    8,5 oz.
  • Baguette
    1,7 oz.

  • Pre-heat the oven up to 350° F.

  • Take a pan and put a baking sheet on it. Afterwards, take the brie and place it on the pan; bake for around 20 minutes. Be attentive to not bake it until the cheese is fully melted, it has to be claggy.

  • Serve everything with sliced carrots and apples. Also, try it with a slice of freshly baked baguette; it will taste absolutely delicious!


  • For a better taste, add 1 tablespoon of honey. This will enhance the flavor of brie cheese, making the appetizer delicious.

  • Why not serve this delicious baked brie with some slices of toasted baguette? For that, pre-heat the oven to 400°F and place the already sliced baguette on a baking sheet. Bake them for about 10 minutes, until they are crispy.
