Combine the following ingredients in a food processor: flour, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Then add chilled butter (cut into cubes) and stir until crumbled. Then pour water 1 tbsp. at a time until the dough starts to clump, but don’t stir for a long time.
Divide the dough in 2 parts and make 2 balls. Then cover with cling film, put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Divide each ball into 12 pieces. Roll each of them in the shape of a circle equal to 5 cm. Place each circle in muffin tins, pressing firmly. Do the same with the second dough ball.
Make the filling. Combine the following ingredients in bowl: sugar, corn starch, lemon juice, zest and salt. Add the berries and mix well.
Fill the muffin tins with the berry filling. Then put in the oven for about 25 minutes at 392 F. Bake until golden brown, let cool.
