Mushroom tartlets

A very tasty appetizer tart which is made of pastry dough, champignons and cheese. Serve hot or cold with drinks.


  • Yeast pastry dough
    0,4 pounds
  • Scallions
    1 pcs.
  • Champignons
    1 pounds
  • Grated Gruyere cheese
    4 tbsp.
  • Olive oil
    to taste
  • Fresh thyme
    to taste
  • Ground black pepper
    to taste
  • Salt
    to taste

  • Roll out the dough and cut 6 circles (each 8 cm in diameter). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then place the circles on the baking sheet and put in the fridge.

  • Wash the scallions and mushrooms, then finely cut them.

  • Heat the frying pan, pour olive oil. Then add the chopped scallions and mushrooms. Brown for 13 minutes over medium heat. Season with spices and sprinkle with chopped thyme.

  • Brush 6 muffin tins with olive oil. Then put the mushrooms and grated cheese. Top with circles of dough. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes at 374 F.
