Do you like spicy food? Make a delicious snack to beer! The chicken wings are the perfect food marinated in soy sauce, garlic, curry and cayenne pepper. Serve the hot chicken wings with the following side dishes of your choice: air fried sweet potato wedges, onion rings, cauliflower salad, French fries, oven-roasted veggies, cucumber salad and etc.

  • Soy sauce

  • Curry

  • Cayenne pepper

Method

  • Use a sharp knife to cut the chicken wings in half. Find the joints, cut at that place. Be sure that you’re working on a flat surface.

  • Peel garlic, wash and crush with a knife.

  • Make marinade. Mix the following ingredients in a bowl: soy sauce, curry, garlic, cayenne pepper. Then pour the sauce over the chicken wings. Mix well, let the wings stand for half an hour.

  • Transfer the chicken wings to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. But first remove the crushed garlic, it will burn in the oven. Bake in the oven at 400 F for about 35 minutes. Brush the chicken wings with the rest of marinade for a brighter color.

Tips

  • How to choose chicken wings? Buy not very large chicken wings, they are safe to eat. The fresh chicken wings doesn’t have smell, they have even color, without any damage. They mustn’t be sticky!

  • Add any spices and herbs to your taste. Don’t forget that soy sauce may contain salt.
