To get flavorful and juicy chicken wings, marinate them for a few hours. It is a hearty appetizer for parties. Cook in the oven, air fryer, outdoor BBQ grill. Serve hot with onion rings, roasted sweet potato, French Fries. The best beer snack!

  • Soy sauce

  • Curry powder

  • Green onion
    tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil
    tbsp.
  • Ground turmeric
    to taste
  • Ground black pepper
    to taste
  • Salt
    to taste

Method

  • Wash the green onions under running water, finely cut.

  • Make marinade. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and transfer the chicken wings to the mixture. Then put to the plastic container, close it and refrigerate for about an hour.

  • Preheat oven, set the temperature 350 F for about 25-30 minutes.

  • Take a baking dish, line with parchment paper. Transfer the marinated chicken wings to the baking dish. Cook until the chicken wings are golden brown.

Tips

  • How to choose chicken wings? Buy not very large chicken wings, they are safe to eat. The fresh chicken wings doesn’t have smell, they have even color, without any damage. They mustn’t be sticky!

  • Add any spices and herbs to your taste. Don’t forget that soy sauce may contain salt.
