According to one of versions, the fried chicken wings appeared occasionally. One American Bar served perfect Buffalo wings, but one day they got chicken. In order not to lose clients and money, they cooked a new dish – fried chicken wings in a chili sauce. We recommend very tasty chicken wings made in soy sauce, honey and curry. Serve hot with French fries or onion rings.

Method

  • Make marinade. Mix the following ingredients in a bowl: lemon juice, soy sauce, honey and curry. Pour over the chicken wings, cover with foil. Let it sit for about 4 hours.

  • Heat the frying pan, add vegetable oil. Brown the chicken wings (without marinade) on both sides until they are done.

Tips

  • How to get lemon juice. Take out the lemon from the fridge, leave it heat up for a few minutes. Then roll the fruit on your cooking board with your hands. This action helps to get more juice. Then slice the lemon crosswise using a sharp knife. Squeeze the lemon with the cutting side up, so the seeds don’t fall into the bowl.

  • How to choose chicken wings? Buy not very large chicken wings, they are safe to eat. The fresh chicken wings doesn’t have smell, they have even color, without any damage. They mustn’t be sticky!

  • Add any spices and herbs to your taste. Don’t forget that soy sauce may contain salt.

Bon Appetit!
