Preheat oven to 446 F. Line a baking sheet with foil and then grease with oil. Peel onions, cut into rings and cover with ice water.
Combine the flour with baking powder in one bowl, in the other - beat the eggs with a fork, in the last - mix breadcrumbs and spices. Dip one onion ring in these 3 bowls and transfer to the baking sheet. Repeat actions with the remaining rings. Spray with olive oil on top. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown.
