Baked onion rings

If you like onion rings very much, cook them in the oven. You will get a tasty snack for any drinks! It's healthier than in a deep fryer!

  • Wheat flour
    8 tbsp.
  • Baking powder

  • Breadcrumbs
    18 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil

  • Preheat oven to 446 F. Line a baking sheet with foil and then grease with oil. Peel onions, cut into rings and cover with ice water.

  • Combine the flour with baking powder in one bowl, in the other - beat the eggs with a fork, in the last - mix breadcrumbs and spices. Dip one onion ring in these 3 bowls and transfer to the baking sheet. Repeat actions with the remaining rings. Spray with olive oil on top. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown.
