Homemade cheesy pull apart bread with garlic and parsley – all of your guests will love these delicious and fluffy bomb of buttery garlic cheese perfection.


  • Grated Mozzarella
    1 cup
  • Fresh parsley
    1 tbsp.
  • Minced garlic
    2 cloves
  • Salt
    0,7 tbsp.
  • Softened butter
    3,4 oz.
  • Sourdough crusty loaf
    1 pc.

  • Firstly, preheat your oven to 350°F. Mix the garlic, softened butter and salt in a bowl until smooth. Add the finely cut fresh parsley.

  • Cut the bread into 0.80 Inch rhombs but don't cut all the way through. Pour a little butter mixture into each crack of the loaf and put some grated Mozzarella. Brush the loaf surface with the remaining butter.

  • Cover the loaf with the foil sheet and bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, then remove the sheet and bake for another 10 minutes.


  • Fresh vegetable salad goes well with this dish.
