Cut the bread slices into long strips.
Peel the garlic. Finely cut one part of garlic, another – crush in a press. Pour the oil into a separate bowl and add the crushed garlic.
Heat the frying pan, add olive oil and garlic. Brown the bread strips on both sides.
Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
