Are you looking for a tasty beer snack? Make rye bread, toasted with olive oil and garlic. Add more spices and herbs to your taste. Serve hot!

Method

  • Cut the bread slices into long strips.

  • Peel the garlic. Finely cut one part of garlic, another – crush in a press. Pour the oil into a separate bowl and add the crushed garlic.

  • Heat the frying pan, add olive oil and garlic. Brown the bread strips on both sides.

  • Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
