Cut the bread into long strips, after cutting out all the crusts.
Peel the garlic, cook the dressing. To do this, chop finely half of the garlic and combine with vegetable oil (2-3 tbsp.).
Crush the rest of the garlic with a garlic crusher.
Saute the sliced bread in vegetable oil with garlic for about 5 minutes. The bread should be crispy.
Pour the garlic and butter mixture over the bread. Season with salt and pepper.
