Garlic bread toast

Do you want to make a quick beer snack? Saute the bread and sprinkle it with a garlic dressing. It is very easy to cook the garlic toasts, follow our cooking direction. This dish can also be served with salads or soup.


  • Olive oil
    150 fl. oz
  • Rye bread
    7 ounce
  • Garlic
    8 cloves
  • Salt

  • Ground black pepper

  • Cut the bread into long strips, after cutting out all the crusts.

  • Peel the garlic, cook the dressing. To do this, chop finely half of the garlic and combine with vegetable oil (2-3 tbsp.).

  • Crush the rest of the garlic with a garlic crusher.

  • Saute the sliced bread in vegetable oil with garlic for about 5 minutes. The bread should be crispy.

  • Pour the garlic and butter mixture over the bread. Season with salt and pepper.
