Homemade tortilla chips

If you are looking for gluten-free and low carbs snack, cook tortilla chips. You need only 3 ingredients to make it. Sprinkle with hot chili pepper if desired.


  • Mozzarella cheese
    8 cups
  • Almond flour
  • Salt
    2 tsp.

  • Mix the following ingredients: grated cheese, flour and salt.

  • Pour the ingredients into a bowl. Turn on the double boiler. While you are cooking, stir the ingredients constantly.

  • When the mixture looks like dough, remove it and place it on a parchment paper. Let it cool

  • Knead the dough with your hands, cut into 2 parts.

  • Using the rolling pin, roll one part of dough into thin layer.

  • Cut the layer into triangles, place on a baking sheet. The same repeat with the second part of dough.

  • Bake for 8 minutes in oven at 375 F.
