Mix the following ingredients: grated cheese, flour and salt.
Pour the ingredients into a bowl. Turn on the double boiler. While you are cooking, stir the ingredients constantly.
When the mixture looks like dough, remove it and place it on a parchment paper. Let it cool
Knead the dough with your hands, cut into 2 parts.
Using the rolling pin, roll one part of dough into thin layer.
Cut the layer into triangles, place on a baking sheet. The same repeat with the second part of dough.
Bake for 8 minutes in oven at 375 F.
