Combine the following ingredients in a bowl: mozzarella cheese, flour, salt, garlic powder and paprika.
Then put this mixture in a microwave for a minute, but firstly mix all the ingredients well.
Break the eggs to the mixture. Mix well.
Knead the cheese mixture for 2 minutes. If the dough is sticky, leave it for a few minutes.
Take a baking sheet and roll out chips dough thin. Using a knife, cut into triangles. Then roll out the remaining part of dough.
Put into the oven for 12 minutes at 350 F. The chips should turn golden brown.
