Very quickly snack for watching movies. It is made of almond flour, cheese and spices. If desired add chili powder to make the chips spicy. Serve the low carb tortilla chips with guacamole and other dippings.

Ingredients

  • Mozarella
    6 cups
  • Almond flour
    2 cups
  • Eggs
    3
  • Salt
    tbsp.
  • Garlic powder
    15 tsp.
  • Paprika
    1,5 tsp.

Method

  • Combine the following ingredients in a bowl: mozzarella cheese, flour, salt, garlic powder and paprika.

  • Then put this mixture in a microwave for a minute, but firstly mix all the ingredients well.

  • Break the eggs to the mixture. Mix well.

  • Knead the cheese mixture for 2 minutes. If the dough is sticky, leave it for a few minutes.

  • Take a baking sheet and roll out chips dough thin. Using a knife, cut into triangles. Then roll out the remaining part of dough.

  • Put into the oven for 12 minutes at 350 F. The chips should turn golden brown.
