If you want to spend an evening great at home, make fried onion rings. They are cooked very fast and perfect for beer!


  • Eggs
    2 pcs.
  • Milk
    10 tbsp.
  • Onion
    1,6 lbs
  • Wheat flour
    12 tbsp.
  • Baking powder
    6 tsp.
  • Breadcrumbs
    22 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil
    to taste
  • Salt
    1 tsp.

  • Peel onions, cut into rings.

  •  Break eggs into a bowl, beat with a fork and pour in milk. Mix well.

  • In another bowl, mix the following ingredients: flour, baking powder and salt. Pour the breadcrumbs into the third bowl. Dip the onion rings into the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally in breadcrumbs.

  • Heat the pot, pour in oil. Brown the onion rings over moderate heat for 3 minutes until golden. Add, not all rings at once to make them all well fried. Finally, dry with a paper towel.
