Pan fried garlic bread

Crispy pan fried bread made of brown bread. It is cooked in just a few minutes. This is an ideal beer snack, and can be also served with soup (for example, pea or onion).


  • Brown bread
    3 slices
  • Garlic
  • Sunflower oil
    3 tsp.
  • Fresh parsley
    to taste
  • Fresh thyme
    to taste
  • Ground black pepper
    to taste
  • Salt
    to taste

  • Cut the bread into slices, then cut each slice in half. Cut off the crust.

  • Heat the frying pan, add sunflower oil and brown bread slices until golden. Then transfer the fried bread to a paper towel.

  • Peel the garlic, cut in half. Rub each slice with garlic on both sides. Season with spices to your taste.

  • Wash the herbs under running water, finely cut and then sprinkle over the fried bread.
