Cut the bread into slices, then cut each slice in half. Cut off the crust.
Heat the frying pan, add sunflower oil and brown bread slices until golden. Then transfer the fried bread to a paper towel.
Peel the garlic, cut in half. Rub each slice with garlic on both sides. Season with spices to your taste.
Wash the herbs under running water, finely cut and then sprinkle over the fried bread.
