Peel the garlic, grind in a press. You can also finely cut it with a knife.
Cut the slices of bread into long strips (like croutons).
Mix the following ingredients in a separate bowl: crushed garlic, salt, ground pepper, dill, basil, Italian herbs and sunflower oil. Mix the mixture well.
Pour this mixture over the bread strips. Then carefully transfer the bread strips on a baking sheet, covered with parchment. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 356 F. Make sure the garlic bread do not burn.
