Method

  • Defrost the herring, cut the head, tail and fins. Then remove entrails from abdomen. Wash fish inside and take out large bones.

  • Cut the herring into fillets, then into small pieces.

  • Make marinade. Peel and crush the garlic in mortar. Then add all spices, vinegar and oil. Mix all the ingredients.
