Method

  • Wash the mushrooms and dry them. Remove the stalks of the mushrooms and cut them into small cubes. Add the grated cheese, minced garlic, chopped garlic and onion, pounded walnuts, and salt to the chopped mushrooms. Stir to mix.

  • Lightly salt the mushroom caps from the inside. Stuff them with the stuffing, pressing them tightly. Place the mushrooms on a tray. Sprinkle a little grated cheese on top.

  • Roast for 7-10 minutes in a preheated 340°F oven. When the mushrooms start to release juice and have reduced in size by 1.5 times, they are ready. Take them out using oven mitts and serve immediately. It can be served as a side dish to mashed potatoes or roast meat.

Notes

  • If you don't want to feel the nut pieces, crush them into a powder.

  • You can choose whatever stuffing you enjoy. Dare to be creative!

  • If you're not a fan of garlic, you can use less than indicated, it's all about your preference.

Bon Appetit!
