Wash the mushrooms and dry them. Remove the stalks of the mushrooms and cut them into small cubes. Add the grated cheese, minced garlic, chopped garlic and onion, pounded walnuts, and salt to the chopped mushrooms. Stir to mix.
Lightly salt the mushroom caps from the inside. Stuff them with the stuffing, pressing them tightly. Place the mushrooms on a tray. Sprinkle a little grated cheese on top.
