Stuffed Mushrooms with Ham Filling

This appetizer is sure to please the stronger half of humankind because many of them love ham. And in general, the combination of ham and juicy mushrooms, will not leave anyone indifferent.


  • Champignons

    8 oz.
  • Mayonnaise
    8 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce
    8 tsp.

  • Cut the ham into small cubes with a knife or vegetable slicer. Transfer it to the bowl.  Add the mayonnaise and soy sauce. Mix well. This will be our filling.

  • Wash the mushrooms, remove the stalks with a knife, teaspoon, or using your hands, and place them on a baking tray. Fill the mushrooms with the ham mixture and place in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15 minutes.


  • You can sprinkle the mushrooms with cheese before roasting them.

  • Stuffed mushrooms are good for those people who take much care of their weight. After all, mushrooms tend to fill up quickly the stomach and create a feeling of fullness for a long time. Baked mushrooms should be avoided by people with certain diseases. Chitin in the composition of these mushrooms is not entirely absorbed by the body.

  • To make the stuffed mushrooms both beautiful and tasty, you need to choose large mushrooms with large caps. For example, royal mushrooms.
