Burrito in the form of a casserole is an unusual breakfast for you and your family.

  • Wash and dice the onion, garlic and pepper.

  • Heat some olive oil in a large skillet and fry the minced meat stirring. Add chopped vegetables. Then add pepper, salt, paprika powder and cayenne pepper to taste. Hossa can also be added at this stage.

  • Add tomato paste and fry for a short time. Then add rice and simmer with tomatoes and broth. Let it all simmer for 20 minutes. If necessary, add a little water if the mixture becomes too dry. Preheat the oven to 347℉ with convection.

  • Drain the liquids from the corn and beans, then add them to the mixture. Taste again and add more spices if necessary.

  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Spread nachos over casserole and sprinkle with cheese. Put the casserole in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

  • In the meantime, make the sauce. Just chop green onions and mix with mayonnaise and sour cream.


  • Put on disposable gloves when chopping cayenne pepper.
