Burrito with Ketchup and Sausages

A quick and easy breakfast when there is little food at home — burritos with ketchup and sausages!


  • Smoked sausages
    5,3 oz
  • Chicken eggs
    3 pcs.
  • Ketchup
    to taste
  • Boiled potato
    5,3 oz
  • Hard cheese
    3,5 oz
  • Spring onion
    to taste
  • Vegetable oil
    1 tbsp
  • Tortilla
    3 pcs.
  • Fine-grained salt
    to taste
  • Pepper
    to taste

  • Fry the sausages until crispy in your pan without adding oil. Take off the heat and keep warm.

  • Dice the potato and fry it in hot oil until golden brown. Season, stir and take off the heat.

  • Fry the eggs in hot oil and stir until cooked. Add spices, then set aside.

  • Spread ketchup, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages on top of each tortilla. Sprinkle with spring onion and cheese. 

  • Fold the tortillas into triangles. Fry in a hot pan without adding oil on each side for 2 minutes.


  • To prevent the tortillas from unfolding, you can press them down with the saucepan. Cover the tortillas with parchment paper first.
