  • Shrimp, frozen
    14,1 oz
  • Yoghurt, 3.5% fat
    2,8 oz
  • Red chili pepper
    1 piece
  • Garlic
    2 cloves
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Coriander
    2 stalks
  • Snow pea
    3,5 oz
  • Olive oil
    2 tbsp
  • Pepper
    to taste
  • Avocado
    1 piece
  • Lime
    1 piece
  • Tortilla
    4 piece

  • Defrost the shrimp. Then remove the peel and cut into large pieces.

  • Wash the chili, remove the seeds and cut into thin strips. Peel and coarsely chop the garlic. Rinse the snow pea and cut into small strips.  Wash the cilantro and finely chop. 

  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Saute garlic and chili with shrimp and peas for about 4 minutes. Add coriander, pepper and salt.

  • Cut the avocado pulp into slices.

  • Reheat each tortilla in your pan for about 2 minutes. Then put the avocado and shrimp in the middle of each tortilla. Add yogurt. Drizzle with lime juice. Then roll up and serve.


  • Put on disposable gloves when chopping chili pepper.
