  • Wash the tomatoes, cut the core out and cut them into quarters. Wash the spring onion, cut off the ends and cut the onion into thin rings. Finely cut the chili pepper. Then mix the tomato paste with ground beef, season with cinnamon and cumin.

  • Heat the rapeseed oil in your pan. Add ground beef and fry for about 7 minutes until crumbly. Add pineapple juice and tomatoes to the meat and stew for 5 minutes over low heat. Add the chili, pepper and salt.

  • Meanwhile, wash lettuce, shake off excess water and cut into strips. Cut the jalapeno into rings. Remove the skin and pit from the avocado and cut the flesh into slices. Drain the water from the cans of corn and beans and dry them. Finely grate the cheddar cheese. Put the filling on the tortillas and roll them.


  • Sunflower oil is also suitable for frying, but the caloric content of the foods will increase.
