  • First, finely cut the spelt and then mix it with semolina. Grind half of the hazelnuts and mix together with vanilla, lemon zest, butter and honey. Then wash the apples and grate them together with the peel, mix into the dough. Then add lemon juice. Peel and mash the bananas. Now add them to the mixture.

  • Take a baking dish, put the dough, sprinkle with the remaining chopped nuts and bake in a preheated oven to 392℉ for 40 minutes.


  • You can serve the banana casserole with whipped cream.
