Wash the broccoli thoroughly and cut into small florets. Pour water into a saucepan and salt. Blanch the broccoli for 2-3 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 392F. Meanwhile, grease a baking dish with butter. Sprinkle the dish with bread crumbs or semolina. In a bowl mix the sour cream and some cheese with flour and egg, then add seasoning.
Now mix the broccoli florets and half of the cheese mixture. Pour it into a baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for 40 minutes.
Sour cream goes well with this casserole.
