Preheat your oven to 356F top and bottom heat. Whip egg whites with lemon juice until peaks form.
In a second bowl, mix the remaining ingredients, except for the bananas and cherries, into a slightly thicker creamy mass. Then gently stir in the egg white.
Pour half of the dough into a baking dish, put the sliced banana and cherries on top, and pour the remaining dough over the fruits.
Bake the casserole for 30-35 minutes.
You can also use chocolate chips.
