  • Egg

  • Ground oat flakes
    2 tbsp
  • Baking powder
    1 tsp
  • Lemon juice
    1 drop
  • Low-fat cottage cheese
    3,5 oz
  • Yoghurt, up to 1.5% fat
    3,5 oz
  • Cream cheese, up to 1% fat
    3,5 oz
  • Cherries
    2,1 oz
  • Banana
    1 piece
  • Vanilla powder
    1 pinch
  • Sugar substitute
    1 tsp

  • Preheat your oven to 356F top and bottom heat. Whip egg whites with lemon juice until peaks form.

  • In a second bowl, mix the remaining ingredients, except for the bananas and cherries, into a slightly thicker creamy mass. Then gently stir in the egg white.

  • Pour half of the dough into a baking dish, put the sliced banana and cherries on top, and pour the remaining dough over the fruits.

  • Bake the casserole for 30-35 minutes.


  • You can also use chocolate chips.
