  • Minced meat

  • Tomatoes

  • Canned tomatoes

  • Beans

  • Cheese

  • Paprika powder

  • Chili powder (or chili spice mix)
    to taste
  • Cayenne pepper
    1 tbsp

  • Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pepper pieces over low heat. Put them aside.

  • Fry the minced meat and onion in a pan with oil. Add the beans, canned tomatoes and season with the indicated spices to taste. Let it boil for about 10 minutes.

  • At the end, add the chili to the pepper pieces, mix well and sprinkle with cheese. Put all the ingredients in a baking dish. Bake at 392℉ for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven.


  • You can decorate the casserole with any greens of your choice.

  • Sour cream goes well with this casserole.
