Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pepper pieces over low heat. Put them aside.
Fry the minced meat and onion in a pan with oil. Add the beans, canned tomatoes and season with the indicated spices to taste. Let it boil for about 10 minutes.
