Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pepper pieces over low heat. Put them aside.
Fry the minced meat and onion in a pan with oil. Add the beans, canned tomatoes and season with the indicated spices to taste. Let it boil for about 10 minutes.
At the end, add the chili to the pepper pieces, mix well and sprinkle with cheese. Put all the ingredients in a baking dish. Bake at 392℉ for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
You can decorate the casserole with any greens of your choice.
