Grease your baking dish with oil, then place slices of toast. Dice the ham and cheese. Fry diced ham, mix with diced cheese and put on the toast bread.
Dice the sweet peppers, cut the spring onion into rings and add to the ham and cheese mixture.
Whisk the eggs, spieces and milk, then pour the mixture over the casserole. Put it in the oven and bake at 347℉ for 50-60 minutes.
You can use sausages or ground beef instead of ham.
