  • Toast bread

  • Diced ham
    8,8 oz
  • Grated cheese
    4,4 oz
  • Green onion
    1 bunch
  • Sweet pepper
    2 pieces
  • Egg
    6 pieces
  • Milk
    16,9 fl. oz
  • Salt

  • Pepper

    1 tbsp
  • Mustard
    1 tsp
  • Mayonnaise

  • Grease your baking dish with oil, then place slices of toast. Dice the ham and cheese. Fry diced ham, mix with diced cheese and put on the toast bread.

  • Dice the sweet peppers, cut the spring onion into rings and add to the ham and cheese mixture.

  • Whisk the eggs, spieces and milk, then pour the mixture over the casserole. Put it in the oven and bake at 347℉ for 50-60 minutes.


  • You can use sausages or ground beef instead of ham.
