Preheat the oven to 347℉ (top/bottom heat). Wash the peaches well and cut into slices. Beat the egg whites with a mixer to peaks and set aside.
Whisk together butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Gradually stir in the egg yolks. At the end, add cottage cheese, and then semolina. Finally, gently fold in the whipped cream with a whisk. Put the peaches in a greased baking dish (11 Inch), pour over the mixture and smooth slightly.
Bake the casserole on the middle rack in the hot oven for about 50 minutes. After 30 minutes, cover with parchment paper, so it doesn't get too dark.
You can use a sugar substitute and decorate the casserole with any fruits of your choice.
