Bring the water to a boil and add the instant vegetable broth. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut the broccoli into small florets.
Now dice the potatoes and boil in the broth until tender. Remove the potatoes and boil the broccoli in the broth.
For the sauce, cut the onion into cubes and fry in margarine for about 7 minutes. Then add the flour and fry for a couple of minutes. Then add half of vegetable broth in which the vegetables were boiled, and let it thicken a little. Then add the cream and season the sauce with salt, ground paprika, nutmeg, pepper and chili.
Put the vegetables in a baking dish, pour over the sauce, sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 356℉ (top and bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes.
You can use soy cream, it is lower in calories.
