This is a classic casserole recipe, you can use any toppings you like.


  • Skyr or cottage cheese

  • Baking powder
    2 tsp
  • Semolina
    1,4 oz
  • Salt
    2 pinches
  • Sugar
    1,8 oz
  • Egg
    2 pieces
  • Lemon
    2 wedges
  • Vanilla
    2 pods

  • Beat the egg with sugar until foamy. Now add all other ingredients and mix until creamy.

  • Pour the skyr mixture into a baking dish and add the topping of your choice.

  • Put the baking dish in the preheated oven and cook for about 40 minutes. After 35 minutes, make a test with a toothpick and if the dough does not stick, the casserole is ready, otherwise continue baking for a few more minutes.


  • You can use maple syrup or honey instead of sugar.

  • As a topping, you can add any fruit, berries, coconut or chocolate.
