If you love porridge for breakfast but have already tried all its variations, our oatmeal casserole is for you! And the best thing about it: it is delicious both hot or cold.


  • Banana (ripe)

  • Raspberries

  • Pecans
    2,1 oz
  • Almonds (chopped)
    2,1 oz
  • Oat flakes

  • Chia seeds

  • Egg
    4 pieces
  • Milk
    27 fl. oz
  • Cinnamon
    2 tsp
  • Honey
    to taste

  • Preheat the oven to 347℉. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork in a bowl. Wash the berries and add half of them to the bananas. Chop the pecans and add to the banana along with the almonds, chia seeds and oats and stir.

  • Whisk milk with eggs and add to banana mousse along with cinnamon. Now put everything in a baking dish and cook for 20 minutes. Then sprinkle with the remaining berries and bake for another 10 minutes. 


  • You can use maple syrup instead of honey.
