Preheat the oven to 347℉. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork in a bowl. Wash the berries and add half of them to the bananas. Chop the pecans and add to the banana along with the almonds, chia seeds and oats and stir.
Whisk milk with eggs and add to banana mousse along with cinnamon. Now put everything in a baking dish and cook for 20 minutes. Then sprinkle with the remaining berries and bake for another 10 minutes.
You can use maple syrup instead of honey.
