  • Wash potatoes and cut with skin. Simmer for 12 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the garlic and onion. Cut the sausages into thick slices. Preheat your oven to 356F. For sauce: mix ingredients in your blender until creamy.

  • Heat some oil in a frying pan. Fry sausages and potatoes on all sides. Then add garlic and onion, fry for 3 minutes.

  • Pour the contents of the pan into a baking dish and then pour the sauce. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the casserole is browned on top.

  • If desired, sprinkle the casserole with parsley. 


  • You can serve with vegan Worcestershire sauce.
