Firstly, prepare the batter. Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl: sift the flour and pour a pinch of salt. Break the eggs in another bowl, add the milk and pour in the vegetable oil to it. Mix the ingredients with a whisk or mixer. Mix the dry and liquid ingredients in one bowl. Leave the batter for 25 minutes.
Heat a crepe pan and melt the butter on it. Pour the batter into the pan with a ladle, the crepe should be thin. Fry the crepe on each side for 2 minutes. Golden brown should appear on the crepes. Put the crepes to a plate on top of each other.
Take a small saucepan, we will cook chocolate sauce in it. Turn on the medium heat, melt the butter in the frying pan, pour the milk, 2 tsp. of hazelnut liqueur into the butter. Mix the ingredients, add vanilla sugar and 1 tbsp. of cocoa powder. Mix the ingredients again, the mass should thicken. The sauce will be ready when all the ingredients melt and turn into chocolate sauce.
Cut the bananas lengthwise or into circles. Put banana slices in each crepe and wrap it in a triangle. Fill the crepes with chocolate sauce and enjoy!
For decoration, use your favorite fruits and berries: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries also go well with crepes.
Grease each ready-made pancake with a piece of butter, so that they do not stick together.
