Thin pancakes are great for any meal. Serve with salt or sweet fillings. If desired, garnish with fruits, berries or cream.

Method

  • Sift the flour in a bowl. Then combine with following ingredients: salt, sugar. Mix it well. Pour in baking soda. Make sure to extinguish it with vinegar or lemon juice. Wait until it dissolves and mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  • Break eggs, beat them with a fork or whisk in a separate bowl. Then pour in milk and mix well. Next, combine with the flour mixture. Mix until heterogeneous mass. The batter should be without lumps. Let it stand for 15 minutes, then pour in vegetable oil.

  • Heat the frying pan, grease with vegetable oil. Pour the batter into the center of the pan, evenly spreading over the surface. Use a kitchen ladle. Brown for a few minutes until brown, then flip the other side with a spatula.

Tips

  • How to grease a frying pan? To do this, take a bread crust, dip it in oil and grease the frying pan.

  • Use a light pan, with non-stick coating. Do not use aluminum type. 

  • If the batter is too runny, add flour in one part of the batter. Then combine with the rest and let it stand. Do the same if the pancakes are tearing.

  • Grease each ready-made pancake with a piece of butter, so that they do not stick together.
