Break eggs in a bowl. Beat with a whisk, fork or use mixer. Add salt, then milk at room temperature (take out of the fridge in advance).
Melt butter in a pot or in a microwave.
Sift the flour in a separate bowl. Add salt, baking powder and stir well. Then gradually pour in the egg mixture, stirring until smooth. Finally, add melted butter, stir again. Let the batter stand for 10 minutes.
Heat the frying pan, grease with vegetable oil. Pour the mixture to the pan, using a spoonful (1.5 tbsp. for 1 pancake). Make small pancakes. Bake on one side for 2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.
How to grease a frying pan? To do this, take a bread crust, dip it in oil and grease the frying pan.
Use a light pan, with non-stick coating. Do not use aluminum type.
If the batter is too runny, add flour in one part of the batter. Then combine with the rest and let it stand. Do the same if the pancakes are tearing.
Grease each ready-made pancake with a piece of butter, so that they do not stick together.
