You need to prepare a dry and liquid mixture for the batter. First, sift the flour into a deep bowl, then add sugar and salt to it. In another bowl, crack the eggs and add milk, using a mixer, beat the eggs with milk until bubbles appear.
Put the butter in a small bowl and put it in the microwave for 20 seconds. Check if the butter has melted. If the butter has not melted, put it in the microwave for another 10-20 seconds. Add the dry ingredients to the eggs and mix gently. Then pour in the melted butter and mix the ingredients again. You should get a thick batter.
Now It's time to make French crepes. Preheat a non-stick frying pan. Pour the batter into the frying pan in a thin layer. As soon as bubbles appear on the crepe, and the bottom of the crepe is covered with golden brown, flip crepe. Fry for another 1 minute. Put the ready-made crepes on a plate and pour honey on the top. You can also put a piece of butter on the top of crepe.
To prevent French crepes from drying out, grease the freshly prepared crepes with butter. So they will be fresh for much longer.
