Gluten-Free Crepes

Cook gluten-free crepes with us. You can eat such crepes even during a diet. Adults and children will like these fluffy and soft crepes. Our recipe is a godsend for those people who are gluten intolerant. All the ingredients are simple and we're sure you have them in your fridge.


  • Gluten-free flour
    1,5 cup
  • Salt
    0,5 tsp.
  • Eggs
    4 pcs
  • Milk
    1,5 cup
  • Melted butter
    0,2 cup
  • Blueberries
    for decoration
  • Mint
    for decoration

  • Sift the flour into a deep bowl. Add salt. Beat 4 eggs with the milk in another bowl, using a whisk. Then gently combine the dry and liquid mixture. Pour the flour partly into the eggs. Gently mix with a spatula.

  • Add the melted butter to the mixture. Stir again and set aside for 20 minutes.

  • Heat the pan, it’s better to grease the frying pan with oil. Pour the batter into a hot frying pan with a ladle. Spread the batter over the bottom of the frying pan. When the batter is no longer liquid, you can turn over the crepe, then fry it on the other side. Place the crepes on a plate. Put them on the top of each other. Decorate the crepes with blueberries and mint.


  • Eat crepes with sour cream, honey or jam.

  • Add vanilla extract for flavor if you like it.
