Sift the flour into a bowl and add water to it. Mix the ingredients well with a spatula, there should be no lumps in the mixture. Break the egg and mix well. Add the melted butter, a pinch of salt and a little amount of cumin seeds. The dough should be smooth.
Turn on medium heat and preheat the pan. You can use a crepe pan.
Pour in the batter with a ladle in the middle, then quickly spread over the surface (take the handle of the pan and tilt to the sides to get the circle). Cook until the bubbles will appear on the crepe. Cook for about 3 minutes on one side, then flip with a spatula on the other side and fry it for another 3 minutes until it gets golden brown. Put the crepes on a plate. Indian crepes are ready! Serve with your favorite fillings.
Use a light pan, with non-stick coating. Don't use aluminum type.
Grease each ready-made crepe with a piece of butter, so that they don't stick together.
Bon Appetit!
