  • Remove milk from the fridge in advance to warm it up. Then pour in into a bowl. Break eggs in a separate bowl, beat with a whisk, fork or mixer. Combine all ingredients in one bowl. Add salt and sugar. Stir well.

  • Sift flour, gradually add to the egg mixture. Beat until smooth. Finally, add baking powder, stir well. Let it stand for about 15 minutes, then pour in vegetable oil and stir well again.

  • Heat the frying pan, grease with vegetable oil and bake the pancakes. To do this, use a ladle to pour the batter into the center of the pan, spreading it evenly over the pan. You can also use a crepe maker. Brown for a few minutes until brown, then flip the other side with a spatula.
