Smoked salmon crepes

We offer you to cook crepes with smoked salmon. This dish will appeal to you and your loved ones. Serve the crepes with arugula and tomato slices. The dish looks very beautiful and it tastes incredible! Follow this recipe while cooking.


  • Eggs

  • Vegetable oil for frying

  • Greek-style yoghurt

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt, ground black pepper

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Let's begin from cooking the dough. Mix flour and eggs in a deep bowl to cook crepes. Start stirring the mixture with a spatula, gradually add flour. Firstlly, pour half of the milk into the mixture, mix thoroughly, then pour in the remaining part of the milk. Mix all the ingredients well.

  • The next step is to make the filling for the crepes. Tale a small bowl to mix Greek yogurt and lemon juice in it. Salt the yogurt and add ground black pepper to taste.

  • Now you need to melt the butter for frying process. Put a non-stick frying pan on the heat and put a piece of butter there. Pour the batter with a ladle into the hot frying pan, spread the batter all over the bottom. When the bottom of the crepe becomes golden brown, turn the crepe over and fry for one minute. Place hot crepes to a plate on the top of each other, greasing each crepe with butter.

  • Brush each crepe with yogurt and put small pieces of smoked salmon. Wrap the crepe into a triangle. Now you can serve it, you can decorate it with arugula and cherry tomatoes if you want. Enjoy! 


  • You can add the chopped parsley to the greek yogurt and lemon's juice mixture.

  • For cooking dough, you need to pour warm milk, at room temperature, or slightly heated in the microwave.
