Chop the almonds.
In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, coconut flakes, quinoa, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Preheat the oven to 350°F and pour the ingredients onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
After that, get the muesli out of the oven, and allow the muesli to cool. Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix over maple syrup (also, you can add milk).
