Muesli with chocolate

Very healthy and amazing breakfast! Use muesli, chocolate and nuts!

Ingredients

  • Rolled oats
    1 cup
  • Roasted whole almonds
    1,2 cup
  • Quinoa
    1,3 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder
    1,3 tbsp
  • Cinnamon
    1 tsp
  • Maple syrup
    2 cup
  • Dark chocolate
    2 cup
  • Milk
    to taste

Method

  • Chop the almonds.

  • In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, coconut flakes, quinoa, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Preheat the oven to 350°F and pour the ingredients onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes. 

  • After that, get the muesli out of the oven, and allow the muesli to cool. Finally,  add the chocolate chips and mix over maple syrup (also, you can add milk).
