Break the eggs in a bowl. Beat with a fork or use a mixer. Then pour in milk. Mix well.
Grate hard cheese and add to the egg mixture.
Cut white bread into slices, then cut into square or rectangles shapes.
Heat the frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Transfer the bread chunks, brown until golden over high heat on one side (about 3 minutes). Flip the bread chunks over, brown the other side.
Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan. Cover, reduce heat to low and brown for 10 minutes. Then remove from heat and serve in 4 minutes.
