Cheese and bread omelette

If you have leftover bread, make an omelette with it. Prepare all ingredients, cook a fluffy meal for breakfast. Sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped herbs.


  • Eggs
    4 pcs.
  • White bread
    2 slice
  • Milk
    1 cups
  • Grated hard cheese
  • Vegetable oil
    2 tbsp.
  • Salt
    to taste

  • Break the eggs in a bowl. Beat with a fork or use a mixer. Then pour in milk. Mix well.

  • Grate hard cheese and add to the egg mixture.

  • Cut white bread into slices, then cut into square or rectangles shapes.

  • Heat the frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Transfer the bread chunks, brown until golden over high heat on one side (about 3 minutes). Flip the bread chunks over, brown the other side.

  • Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan. Cover, reduce heat to low and brown for 10 minutes. Then remove from heat and serve in 4 minutes.

How to choose eggs?

    • Buy farm-fresh, antibiotic free and natural eggs. Use only fresh ones, to get a fluffy and tasty dishes. Pay attention to the expiration dates.
    • The eggs are usually good for 1 month or even more if you properly keep them in the refrigerator. Put into the fridge immediately after purchase.
