Wash spinach, finely cut it.
Take a bowl. Mix well the following ingredients: vegetables, soya mixture, the remaining spices and herbs. Also pour a little water that the batter does not get very thick or thin.
Heat the frying pan, add oil. Then pour the mixture with gram flour. Brown with closed lid until one side is done. Then flip another side, brown without lid.
